Express is recruiting a manufacturer of high-quality pet food ingredients, focused on consistency, traceability, and operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Data Coordinator to support inventory accuracy and ERP data management. Position Summary
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting data integrity within the company's ERP system. The ideal candidate has foundational bookkeeping knowledge, experience working with inventory and data entry, and a background in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods Enter and update inventory, production, and purchasing data within the ERP system Track inventory movements and ensure proper documentation and system alignment Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliation of discrepancies Support data accuracy across systems, identifying and correcting errors as needed Generate and review basic inventory and operational reports Collaborate with operations, production, and procurement teams to ensure data consistency Assist with audit preparation related to inventory records and documentation Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, inventory management, or ERP data entry Required: Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment (industry does not need to be pet food or ingredients) Basic understanding of accounting concepts, particularly inventory-related processes Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency with Excel or similar tools Ability to manage multiple data streams and stay organized Key Skills Inventory tracking and reconciliation ERP data entry and maintenance Data accuracy and validation Basic bookkeeping awareness Organization and problem-solving
