Job Description: 1.Job title COGNIZANT IS LOOKING FOR KAFKA TECH LEAD 2.Job summary 1: Should perform the Software design and coding, maintenance, performance tuning 2: Should understand the use cases and implement it 3: Develop the new module as well as support the existing one 4: Interprets business plans for automation requirements 5: Ongoing support of existing java project and New development 6: Creates technical documentation and specifications 7: Kafka Job Migration Engineer 8: Experience in development of Event based architecture, messaging frameworks and stream proces 3.Experience 8to10yrs 4.Required Skills Technical Skills- ,Kafka Domain Skills- 5.Nice to have skills Techincal Skills- Domain Skills- 6.Technology Data Management 7.Shift Day 9AM-6PM-EDT 8.Roles & Responsibilities Technical Lead Bachelors in science , engineering or equivalent.Interact with clients and internal stakeholders, provide guidance to team members and execute projects through the course of coding, quality control, deployment, maintenance and support in order to deliver the project on time by ensuring maximum application uptime WITHIN the limits of SLAs, Cognizant and clients standards, processes and policies..Project Planning and Set-up- Understand project scope Based on the analysis of the type of the project provide inputs on project methodology to senior stakeholders (Project Manager / Architects etc.) Consolidate inputs from developers and collectively provide inputs on activities/ tasks, task level estimates, schedule, dependencies, risks etc. Consolidate inputs from developers and collectively provide inputs to testing strategy, configuration, deployment, hardware/software requirement etc. Analyze in detail resources required for every phase, conduct estimation of time utilization of different resources and activities, prepare resource and development plan or provide inputs and review with PM Participate in KT sessions conducted by customer/ other business teams 9.Job Location Primary: USNYNYOC01-New York - NY USA, CLT Alternate: , 10.Job Type 50CW00 Business Associate 11.Demand Requires Travel?
