Business Analyst Data Lakehouse/ Data Bricks Location: Remote

The team is building a modern Data Lakehouse via Data Bricks to replace the legacy databases for operational regulatory, and administrative reporting. Looking for an experienced BA on a Business Insights team to support our Product Owner and identify internal and external needs of data and translate those into the product backlog.

Key Experience(s)

Prior experience as a Business Analyst Understanding of Agile SCRUM & Kanban frameworks Work Item, Feature & Story writing in Agile formats Previously run or contributed to discovery interviews Previously experience working on teams that developed in Data Bricks Previous work on FISERV products, specifically DNA Previous work in Financial Services or Farm Credit Key Skill(s):

Good communicator, both written and verbal Well organized with an attention to detail Visionary - One that can piece the big picture together given the defined purpose of the work at hand Negotiation Skills Interpersonal Skills Market Research Key Technology /Certification(s): None Required CSPO or SAFe certified a plus ADO experience a plus Key Responsibilities:

Actively manage product backlog Research and capture requirements for User Stories Produce meeting notes from discovery interviews Write acceptance criteria Facilitate story discussions in internal team meetings as needed Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standup, demos, etc.) Sit as a proxy for the PO when needed

QA test, as needed, in preparation of moving to UAT
