Job Description Only qualified candidates located near the Baton Rouge, LA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

Required Education: • Bachelor's degree - Any Field

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: • 3 years' experience in business analysis • Expertise in data analysis, business intelligence or related role • Knowledge of statistical analysis software

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: • Expertise in data analysis, business intelligence or related role • Knowledge of statistical analysis software • 3 years' experience in Oracle SQL

The scope of the proposed services will include the following: • Define and document business functions and processes • Analyze the integration of business functions with technology • Assist with business case development and business process reengineering • Consult with management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements • Recommend new processes that yield operational efficiencies • Conduct cost-benefit analysis • Develop or assist with project work plans, project timelines • The Business Analyst should be familiar with permitting, licenses and registration processes

Additional Details: Must be available for onsite work though the primary work location will be Remote.
