This job description does not attempt to list all of the duties that are or may be performed in this position. Primary duties include: Leading the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of integrated system solutions. Developing strategic multi-year solution roadmaps for cloud and on-premise application technologies. Collaborating with IT leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive technology solutions. Conducting technical research and analysis of existing and proposed vendor solutions to optimize system performance and outcomes. Maintaining comprehensive application architecture models and documentation, detailing data flows and functional integration across on-premise and SaaS applications. Developing integration methods for systems that span organizational and functional boundaries. Designing and implementing enterprise-wide technical solutions, with a focus on business processdriven architecture. Understanding and translating business requirements into specific systems, applications, and process designs that enable business process improvements. Defining and driving end-to-end architecture supporting all areas of the business. Ensuring architectural alignment with business objectives, company standards, industry best practices, and emerging technology trends. Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies that support and enhance business systems architecture. Partnering with stakeholders to build a comprehensive reference architecture and assess existing frameworks with a forward-looking perspective. Actively seeking opportunities to leverage existing tools and technology to further enable business functions. Developing and monitoring functional area budgets to ensure efficient utilization of resources. Planning and directing the achievement of area goals and objectives within established company policies. Selecting, developing, training, motivating, and evaluating the performance of assigned employees. Providing technical leadership to project managers and developers working on various project teams. Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, information technology, business, or a closely related field and seven years of progressively responsible experience in computer programming and/or operating systems analysis; or equivalent. Requires the ability to communicate, persuade, and/or influence internal and/or external customers at a high level such as senior management on matters of a technical and/or complex nature. Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages, and simple statistical methods. Requires working knowledge of various software applications to create documents, reports, and/or graphics. Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning, and/or lifting. Works in an office environment.
