Position Summary
As an integral part of Ready Foods’ vision for a leading-edge infrastructure and smart manufacturing ecosystem, the IT Applications Systems Analyst will play a key role in driving the company’s Industry 4.0 focused digital transformation across business and manufacturing. This position must have a strong functional and technical background in Enterprise Applications, System Integrations, and ERP systems and translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable solutions. This role is responsible for analysis of modern business functional systems, integrated platforms, and advancing enterprise automation and workflow. The ideal candidate brings expertise in developing and documenting business and technical requirements, effective project coordination, effective testing, and automation with multi-vendor systems in business and manufacturing. This full-time role reports directly to the Chief Information Officer.
Primary Responsibilities
Translate business needs into application-based solutions for optimal functionality, usability and integration, and guide the participants from discovery through rollout of the implementations. Lead systems analysis, requirements gathering, design / blueprinting processes, testing, implementation, and applications lifecycle support for various complex commercial mission critical application platforms and enterprise initiatives in alignment with organizational and IT strategies. Lead requirements for data mapping and API integrations across platforms to drive business value, streamline processes, and ensure seamless data flow across enterprise applications. Document and maintain data model diagrams, data flow diagrams, integration diagrams, configurations, procedures and other application information. Work closely with cross functional teams and IT vendors to implement operational requirements for IT systems with change management strategies focused on delivering value from the applications and resources. Lead and support application platform selection initiatives, data-driven decision making and reports/analytics capabilities. Ensure that IT application infrastructure standards and security for SaaS/PaaS applications and cloud-based interconnections meet infrastructure compliance requirements. Continuously analyze and monitor utilization of applications for current and future needs; provide insight into future planning and resources to extract value from the application portfolio. Conduct business continuity planning and testing. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, enterprise data management, or equivalent technical work experience. 3 to 5 years’ experience leading and administering functional and technical activities with enterprise application platforms and cloud -based system integrations. API integration and any programming, scripting or coding language experience. Experience with enterprise automation of repetitive processes, workflow management processes, and visual problem solving. Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skills. Strong project management skills and knowledge of SDLC methodologies. Preferred Skills
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Human Resource Workforce Management, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or Microsoft Power Platform are a plus. Experience with application platforms in industrial manufacturing environments.
