NO COLD CALLING
Location: Chester
Salary: £12,800 - £24,000 basic, dependant on hours, plus uncapped commission (Full Time OTE £700-£1,200 per month)
FT Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am start - staggered finish times of 17:30/18:00/18:30/17:30 & 16:00, shift pattern also Includes 1 to 2 weeks of late shifts 11:30 - 19:30/12:00 - 20:00. 37.5 hours per week (early finish on Fridays), or alternatively we have a 4 day shift pattern Mon to Wed 10:00 - 20:00 & Thursday 10:00 19:30 also 37.5hrs.
PT Hours : Minimum of 20hrs, can be flexible with daytime/afternoon or evening shifts

Youll be working with warm leads generated by customers researching their options online and requesting call-backs

Key Responsibilities of a Energy Sales Agent:
Reach out to existing and previous customers to renew their energy contracts
Evaluate customer satisfaction with their current supplier and suggest alternatives if needed
Consistently meet and exceed set targets and objectives
Respond to customer inquiries and address objections
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Skills & Experience Required For An Energy Sales Agent:
Proven experience in Commercial Utility Sales (Gas, Electric, Telecoms, Broadband, Water) is a essential
Strong fact-finding and problem-solving abilities
Experience in outbound calls, particularly in telesales or call centres
Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively
Excellent communication skills
Track record of success in Telesales or similar roles, with a focus on target achievement
Target-driven with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Motivated and outgoing, with a positive impact on team morale
Adherence to GDPR guidelines and maintaining high call quality standards
