Our Fort Worth, Texas, distribution center is looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team! In this role, you will be involved in a variety of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against order documents.
- Stock merchandise in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to established procedures.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counting.
- Perform tasks involving significant lifting and physical stamina.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
- Capability to perform manual labor and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and commitment to a safe work environment.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is beneficial.
