We have an immediate opening for a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota! This general warehouse role is integral to our daily operations, encompassing a wide range of tasks essential for efficient logistics and inventory management. You will be involved in receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and preparing items for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Your diligence and attention to detail will ensure accuracy in all aspects of your work. Responsibilities may include operating pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment. Safety is a core value; therefore, you must adhere strictly to all established safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina, as it involves frequent lifting, standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Prior warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual warehouse equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Support team members in achieving daily operational goals.
- Contribute to efficient logistics flow through diligent work.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various warehouse tasks.
