Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning equipment.

- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to a supervisor promptly.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and gloves.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong understanding of safety best practices in a logistics setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
