We are seeking reliable and diligent Warehouse Associates to join our growing **logistics** operation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is fundamental to our warehouse's success, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort and stock inventory in appropriate warehouse locations using FIFO principles.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification required).
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially concerning **PPE** and hazard prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Capacity for **lifting** and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Understanding of basic **logistics** and warehouse principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Commitment to following **safety** guidelines and protocols.
