We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our **logistics** team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the receiving and unloading of trucks, verifying contents against shipping documents.
- Transport and store incoming inventory to designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Load finished goods onto trucks for delivery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and proficiently (training may be provided).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor, including aisles and work areas.
- Follow all **safety** procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of **PPE**.
- Identify and report any damaged products or workplace hazards.
- Contribute to overall team goals and operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Understanding of basic warehouse **logistics** and inventory control principles.
- Team-oriented and able to work cooperatively with others.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
