We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to become a vital part of our operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Your commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and safety will be key to our success. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to our high standards. This position requires individuals who are reliable, possess good organizational skills, and are comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. The role involves physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, and requires stamina to perform duties throughout your shift. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive workplace where every team member's contribution is valued, playing a crucial role in our logistics chain.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Perform inventory cycle counts.
- Practice safe Lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
- Support the overall logistics and operational efficiency of the warehouse.
