Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will work closely with other team members to maintain an organized and clean work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train dedicated individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
  • Pick and pack orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as by item number, by size, or by product code.
  • Manage inventory and report any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and load items onto delivery trucks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (if trained).
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including significant lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
