Our Cincinnati, Ohio distribution center is looking for motivated Distribution Center Associates to join our operational team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the inventory and flow of goods within our facility. Responsibilities include receiving products, accurately stocking shelves, efficiently picking and packing orders, and preparing items for outbound shipment. This position is key to our Logistics success, requiring a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of quality and Safety . The consistent use of PPE is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming stock, verifying quantities and quality.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Fulfill customer orders by accurately picking and packing items.
- Prepare shipments for transportation, including proper labeling and staging.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including significant standing, walking, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
