Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, organize, and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order requirements.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, verifying contents and destinations.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus. Basic reading and comprehension skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude. A strong understanding of and commitment to warehouse safety practices is essential.
