We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our Logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to manage inventory, load and unload materials, and ensure the smooth flow of goods within our facility. Your adherence to all Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is critical. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, excellent spatial awareness, and the ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting of materials up to 50 lbs. You will conduct daily pre-operation inspections of your equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely to move, stack, and retrieve materials
- Load and unload trailers and trucks efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures
- Wear required PPE at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating forklifts
- Valid forklift certification
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to wearing PPE
