Our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Worker to join our dedicated logistics team. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of warehouse functions critical to our operational success. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking inventory, picking and preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. You will be expected to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, requiring all employees to strictly follow established procedures and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This job requires physical endurance, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, and regular lifting of materials. If you are a dependable individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to contribute to a smooth-running logistics operation, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize merchandise within the warehouse.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including PPE usage.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Meet productivity standards for various warehouse tasks.
- Perform tasks involving significant lifting and material handling.
