Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Fort Worth, Texas! We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art logistics facility. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in the handling, processing, and movement of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. This position requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all guidelines. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
