Job Summary:

This role is essential to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and in good condition. You will be responsible for selecting items from inventory, verifying quantities, and carefully packing them using appropriate materials. Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, attention to detail and speed are key. Our commitment to Safety is unwavering, and all employees must follow established protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting items up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order fulfillment sheets.
  • Inspect picked items for quality and damage before packing.
  • Securely and efficiently pack items into boxes or other shipping containers.
  • Apply correct shipping labels and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
  • Follow all company Safety procedures and utilize required PPE.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in picking and packing or warehouse work is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret order picking instructions.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
