Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and staging orders, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system updates. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, an understanding of warehouse operations, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specific requirements.
  • Stage completed orders for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming inventory as needed.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.

This role requires the ability to perform manual labor, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. A commitment to excellent customer service and operational excellence is essential.
