We are looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri! This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a busy **Logistics** operation where you will be involved in various warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate is physically fit, a team player, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will contribute directly to the movement of goods through our facility, ensuring that our **Logistics** processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires diligence and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company **Safety** policies and procedures.
- Wear **PPE** as required (e.g., safety shoes, gloves, vests).
- Perform **Lifting** of materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Participate in general warehouse duties and assist other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
No prior experience necessary, we provide training! Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent **Lifting**, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic understanding of warehouse operations is helpful. Commitment to workplace **Safety** and proper **PPE** usage is mandatory. Familiarity with **Logistics** is a plus. Must be reliable and punctual.
