Become a valued member of our warehouse team in Colorado Springs, Colorado, as a Warehouse Worker. This position is essential for supporting our logistics and supply chain operations. You will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking orders, packing shipments, and assisting with loading and unloading. We prioritize a safe working environment and require all team members to adhere to strict safety guidelines. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and containers.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for entire shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols and the importance of wearing PPE.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
