We are seeking a meticulous Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse operations in Sacramento, California. This position is integral to our logistics and supply chain management, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of all inbound shipments. You will be responsible for unloading delivery vehicles, meticulously checking incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices, inspecting for any damages, and accurately recording all received inventory into our system. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining accurate records are essential. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide all necessary PPE. This role involves standing for extended periods, walking, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training on safe lifting techniques and adherence to all safety protocols is provided. Your accurate work in receiving directly impacts our overall logistics efficiency and inventory integrity. Responsibilities include identifying and reporting discrepancies or damages to supervisors, properly storing and staging received goods, and assisting with inventory audits as needed.
