We are searching for efficient and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick items for orders and prepare them for shipment. This position is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders or stock replenishment needs.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned picking and packing areas.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and guidelines.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Support the broader logistics team with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting, up to 45 pounds, on a regular basis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
- Ability to work efficiently in a standing and walking environment.
- Understanding and adherence to Safety protocols and procedures.
