Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our logistics operations, encompassing a wide range of warehouse activities. You will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders, and packing and shipping merchandise. Maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment is crucial for efficiency and safety. Tasks will include stocking shelves, managing inventory, and assisting with cycle counts. You will operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required), to move materials safely and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of warehouse best practices and logistics principles is a plus. Safety is our highest priority; all associates must strictly adhere to safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection where necessary. The ability to perform lifting of up to 60 lbs is a fundamental requirement of this job.
