We are hiring a motivated Distribution Center Associate for our Colorado Springs, Colorado location. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading logistics company and contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your role is vital in ensuring that our inventory is managed effectively and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to handle frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential; you will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all established safety protocols. We are looking for individuals who are team players, possess good communication skills, and have a desire to learn and grow within the logistics industry. Responsibilities include: Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, Stocking shelves and organizing inventory, Picking items for customer orders using RF scanners, Packing orders securely for shipment, Loading and unloading delivery trucks, Maintaining a clean and safe work area, Performing cycle counts and inventory audits, Operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment, Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
