Job Summary:
Our growing warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri, is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations, supporting our extensive logistics network. This role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. You will work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various equipment to manage inventory and fulfill orders. The ability to handle moderate to heavy Lifting is essential, along with the willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all team members to adhere to safety regulations and utilize the appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming goods.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Wear appropriate PPE, such as safety glasses and gloves.
  • Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety practices.
  • Familiarity with logistics principles is beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
