Our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania facility is looking for reliable and efficient Picker/Packers to join our growing logistics team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from inventory and preparing them for shipment to our valued customers. This role is critical for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and have the physical stamina necessary to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for safe transit.
- Verify order accuracy before sealing and preparing for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanning devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Must be capable of frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strict adherence to all required PPE standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret pick tickets and product labels.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to use all designated PPE.
