We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate in our bustling facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Your responsibilities will span from receiving and storing goods to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fulfill orders for various clients accurately and efficiently.
- Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, ensuring safe usage.
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during shifts.
- Perform regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and fellow team members to meet operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
