We are looking for energetic Warehouse Workers to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Your responsibilities will include receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. This role is fundamental to our supply chain and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock received items accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and speed.
- Assemble products as needed.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet operational goals.
- Contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
