Join our fast-paced **Logistics** team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate in sunny San Diego, California! We are looking for motivated and organized individuals to manage the inbound and outbound flow of goods within our facility. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately receiving shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and preparing outgoing orders for delivery. Key duties include unloading trucks, inspecting goods for damage, stocking inventory, and preparing shipments by packaging and labeling them correctly. You will also operate pallet jacks and potentially other warehouse equipment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and **Safety**-compliant work area is paramount. All associates are required to use **PPE**, including **Lifting** straps when necessary, and follow all established **Safety** procedures. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent **Lifting**, bending, and standing for extended periods. We seek individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
