Join our operations in Miami, Florida, as an Inventory Control Specialist. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your keen attention to detail will be paramount in tracking stock levels, minimizing discrepancies, and implementing effective inventory management strategies. This position is integral to our logistics operations, ensuring that we have the right products in the right place at the right time. You will conduct regular cycle counts, investigate variances, and work closely with receiving and shipping departments to resolve inventory issues. We are committed to a safe work environment, and you will be expected to follow all safety procedures and utilize required PPE. While the role is primarily analytical, it may involve some lifting and movement of inventory items to facilitate counts or transfers. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve stock-related issues.
- Developing and implementing inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
