We are hiring a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This position is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics network. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. - Loading and unloading materials from trucks and containers.
- Inspecting incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Storing materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking orders accurately based on pick lists or system data.
- Packing orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Preparing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operating equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Adhering strictly to all safety regulations and using required PPE.
This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment. A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential.
