We are seeking a motivated Distribution Center Associate for our major hub in New York City, New York. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of goods through our extensive logistics network. You will be involved in a comprehensive range of warehouse duties, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, a commitment to accuracy, and an unwavering focus on safety. Responsibilities include operating powered industrial trucks (forklift certification training provided), conducting inventory checks, ensuring proper product rotation, and preparing outgoing shipments. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment is paramount. This position is physically demanding and requires the capacity for frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and repetitive motion. Our logistics operations demand precision and efficiency. You will be trained on our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS). Adherence to all company safety policies and the correct utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is strictly enforced.
