You will be responsible for managing inventory, organizing stock, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. A strong commitment to adhering to safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. The role involves regular physical activity, including significant lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Replenish stock on the warehouse floor.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of inventory management principles.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and PPE.
- Open to working flexible shifts, including overtime if needed.
