*About This Position*
Responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing our client's computer networks to ensure reliable connectivity and optimal performance. This role involves configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems; monitoring network performance; troubleshooting connectivity issues; and implementing security measures to protect data and infrastructure. Responsible for planning network upgrades, support cloud and hybrid environments, document network architecture, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure systems remain scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs. The position requires high touch communication with our clients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
*Your Responsibilities*
Resolve day-to-day technical issues our clients’ employees face. Consult with senior level on approaches to more complicated resolutions. Update documentation utilized in the field.
*Some Requirements*
Experience with Microsoft Cloud Solutions, Entra ID / Administration, Microsoft 365. Hardware Support for Apple and other Microsoft vendors. Software Support for Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple MacOS. Installation and management of Various Software our clients use, strong networking hardware knowledge with support and configurations. Proficient communication skills, focused on clarity and consistency. Structured work ethic. Passionate and people-first approach to technology solutions. Minimum of 5 years on the job experience. Certifications desired, CompTIA Network+, A+, and any Microsoft Certifications.

Pay: $91,500.00 per year
