Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience in recruiting and managing technical teams, including effective performance management and mentoring of engineers.
12+ years of software engineering experience, or a PhD with 8 years, including technical management experience.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 2 years managing managers and 5 years overseeing technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on technical management experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
Compensation and Benefits: The position offers a salary range of $219,000 to $301,000 per year, plus a bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Industry:
