Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and healthy.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, pruning, and installing landscape features.
• Construct and repair hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to support healthy growth and safety.
• Support landscaping projects by excavating soil with equipment such as excavators or hand tools when needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols during all landscaping activities.
• Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution to achieve high-quality results.

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including tree care, gardening, and hardscape installation.
• Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, drills, saws, and excavators safely.
• Basic understanding of plant health care principles and horticultural practices.
• Hands-on experience with landscaping projects involving construction or renovation work is advantageous.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
