Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! You would help ensure smooth daily operations by managing service requests, scheduling technicians, maintaining accurate records, and supporting both the operations and customer service teams. This role is essential to providing a seamless experience for customers and efficient coordination among internal departments
Responsibilities:
- Respond to service-related inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with customers for service requests.
- Reschedule services as needed due to emergencies and communicate updates to customers.
- Handle inbound calls and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and care.
- Prepare customer proposals and obtain written approvals for non-standard services.
- Dispatch work orders to technicians, track progress, and update systems as needed.
- Manage Miss Utility tickets, including emergency requests and locates.
- Verify work orders for billing accuracy and adjust invoices when necessary.
- Coordinate with technicians on Otodata monitor installations, updates, and functionality.
- Maintain and update cathodic testing reports and compliance schedules.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with office software and business systems (Cargas, DocuSign, Adobe, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative support preferred
