Job Description About the Role Join our innovative AI Lifecycle Team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, where you will leverage your hands-on expertise to transform the user experience and develop cutting-edge visualization products for Machine Learning Engineers. You will play a key role in guiding MLEs through the complete journey of data collection, model training, and deployment in autonomous vehicles. What You'll Do: Enhance MLE productivity by creating user-friendly experiences and workflows.
Develop robust backend integrations that ensure a seamless ML lifecycle experience.
Elevate standards for system observability, debug capabilities, and operational excellence.
Lead the design and architecture of a secure and standards-compliant ecosystem.
Establish performance metrics for platform health and outline a roadmap for scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data quality across integrations.
Engage in all phases of projects: from requirements gathering and design to implementation, review, release, and monitoring.
Review and approve technical design documents and code submissions, refining documentation and development processes.
Innovate new technological solutions that challenge conventions.
Mentor team members and contribute to recruitment efforts for building technical talent.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) Demonstrated experience in building, deploying, and managing high-availability services.
Proven track record of leading significant technical projects from inception to ongoing enhancements.
Capability to identify broad technical challenges and convert them into actionable initiatives.
Expertise in creating enterprise and systems architecture along with integration standards.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Go.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and CI/CD solutions.
Skilled in developing production-level frontend applications using frameworks like React or Angular.
Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and core frontend technologies.
A genuine interest in technology and its potential to propel business advancement.
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or equivalent experience.
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred qualifications): Experience with web services, JSON, GraphQL, and efficient workflows.
Proven ability to develop interactive tools that streamline operational tasks.
Knowledge of data science and visualization techniques.
Familiarity with machine learning principles or experimental design.
Self-motivated, focused on execution, and delivering impactful results.
Excellent communication skills to navigate conflicts, build consensus, and provide constructive feedback.
Compensation:
The compensation noted is a good faith estimate and may vary based on your location and other factors. The salary range for this position is $218,800-$335,300, with actual figures adjusted based on relevant factors.
Bonus Potential: You may qualify for performance-based incentive pay.

This position allows for remote work, though candidates within a certain distance from a GM hub may need to report to the office up to three times a week as directed by your manager.
