*Job Description:* We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Dentist to join our team. As a Dentist at Mint Dental, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care to our patients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing routine check-ups, and delivering personalized treatment plans. Your expertise and patient-focused approach will contribute to our clinic's commitment to excellence in oral health.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans.
* Conduct routine dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
* Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and integrate them into practice.
* Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
*Requirements:*
* Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
* Valid state dental license in Kansas.
* Proven experience as a practicing Dentist, 2-3 years minimum preferred but not required.
* Proficiency in dental procedures and techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Dedication to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high clinical standards.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
