Provide high-quality off-site repair services on all work orders Ensure the safe use of equipment & tools Responsible for completing all warranty paperwork in a timely manner Daily accurate documentation of work performed Daily travel to customers or dealer locations Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle Responsible for special order parts for all work orders Responsible for completing service work in a safe and timely manner Use of computer systems to identify parts and troubleshoot systems Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints and drawings Provide a safe environment by keeping work areas clean & organized Possess strong communications skills as customer interaction will be frequent and will include equipment sales support, and customer education skills. Prepare daily updates of work completed, problems identified, and future schedule Loading and unloading of customer machines for repair and delivery Perform preventative maintenance and basic servicing of customer machines May be required to cross train and perform other duties Participate in the equipment sales process if needed Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize workloads, and meet deadlines Operate machinery and equipment such as gantry cranes, electric hoists, servicing and diagnostic equipment, service trucks, and multimeters Will perform general office equipment use with repetitive wrist movements on keyboard Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time Walk up and down stairs multiple times per day Verbally communicate effectively and professionally with all audiences (in-person or via handheld transceiver) Lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively Use a ladder and/or pallet jack Operate service truck/travel long distances May be required to cross train and perform other duties Expert mechanical abilities in small engine, diesel, and hydraulic systems, including professional experience servicing sub-compact and compact utility tractors at a tractor dealership Ability to work independently without supervision. Valid driver's license Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Ability to access and use the in-store computer, scanning system, and wireless handheld unit Ability to participate in our online applicant and new hire onboarding process remotely Ability to complete computer-based training

Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 65 pounds at times. Must be able to repetitively lift, bend, carry and push Must be able to access and navigate each department across facilities. Must be able to verbally communicate effectively with others (in-person and via electronic devices). Must have close visual acuity.
