Insurance Customer Service Specialist

As an Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and text to provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• NY Personal Lines License or NY P&C License preferred (must be able to obtain).
• NY Life, Accident, Health License preferred (must be able to obtain).
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
