Account Manager - Construction Supply

Job Description

We’re looking for a proven sales professional with experience in building materials or construction-related products to join our growing team.

This role is built for someone who knows the industry, understands contractors, and thrives in a commission driven environment. If you’re hungry, competitive, and confident in your ability to sell, this is a serious income opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop new business within your territory

• Build long-term relationships with concrete and construction professionals

• Identify opportunities, quote projects, and close deals

• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth fulfillment

• Drive revenue and own your numbers

What We’re Looking For:

• Spanish Speaker

• Previous sales experience in building materials, lumber, concrete supplies, or related construction products

• Strong understanding of contractor needs and jobsite dynamics

• Self-motivated and results-driven

• Comfortable working independently and being accountable for performance

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

Compensation:

• This position offers a small base salary with the majority of compensation commission-based.
  High performers will be rewarded accordingly. There is significant earning potential for someone who can produce.
