Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Foreman to lead our landscaping crews and ensure the successful execution of high-quality lawn care and landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with experience in managing crews, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead a team of lawn care technicians on various residential and commercial projects
• Ensure high standards of quality and efficiency in all landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, mulching, planting, and general maintenance
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns professionally
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet time and quality standards
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety protocols
• Maintain records of materials used, hours worked, and job completion for each project
• Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed on job sites

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of various plants, grasses, fertilizers, and lawn care techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Proficiency in operating lawn care equipment and performing routine maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
