Your Role in Our Team In our Operational Intelligence team within Oracle Health Foundations, you'll work on high-impact projects that utilize AI to transform operational data into proactive decision-making platforms. Our commitment is to enhance system reliability and stability through advanced technologies, including anomaly detection and AI-driven intelligence services. This role involves designing innovative solutions that preemptively address operational challenges. Key Responsibilities Architect, build, and deploy scalable anomaly detection systems utilizing operational data sources (e.g., incidents, change records, support tickets).
Develop machine learning services that seamlessly integrate into observability and monitoring pipelines.
Create AI-powered intelligence services for tasks like automated summarization and workflow automation.
Design and implement infrastructure for real-time detection and operational workflows.
Manage the entire ML engineering lifecycle, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
Guide architectural decisions that enhance system performance and model serving.
Collaborate with data scientists, SREs, and product teams to transform complex requirements into scalable solutions.
Ensure the reliability and performance of ML services in high-availability environments.
Mentor fellow engineers and promote best practices for code quality and deployment.
Stay informed about advancements in ML systems and AI technologies, leading their evaluation and adoption.
About You As a member of the software engineering division, you will play a pivotal role in defining best practices and developing software applications. Your expertise will contribute to the evolution of our technologies and strategies in the realm of healthcare. Compensation and Benefits The hiring range for this position in the United States is between $96,800 and $223,400 annually, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
