JOB DESCRIPTION:
Grade = C Software Engineer - Experience ?= Seven to Ten Years Software Engineer - Proficiency in Proficient Software Engineer - How Recent in Less than 3 Years Local Grade = C2 "Work with Cisco and ATT in Design of Policy Config, CRD Config. Solution Integration with other nodes. Deployment of services. Provide inputs for New feature implementations, Alternate solutions. Support for resolving issues in Automated Regression, Functional, Resiliency test suites. ATT in Lab Testing for various releases. Support for Production Teams. MW Support, Monitoring Support. Support for Day-2 teams in USA & India for any prod issues. MOP, LEP, GS Doc Preparation, Execution. Work with Customer and Engineering teams for resolution of Critical Issues. Discuss with BU for any issues that require fix. Provide all necessary logs and data required for further troubleshooting.
Diameter interfaces Gx, Rx, Gy/Sy, Sd. Domain Knowledge Call Flows : GW, PCRF, vPAS. Configuration Policy CRD Monitoring Grafana for System Statistics. Application Statistics. Alerts. Troubleshooting Functional Issues. Load Issues. Packet Analysis. Application Log Analysis for container logs/system logs. Provide necessary data for BU for further analysis.
