to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will bridge development and operations by automating workflows, improving CI/CD pipelines, and enhancing application performance and scalability in cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage
CI/CD pipelines
for Java-based applications Collaborate with development teams to integrate code into scalable, secure production environments Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of applications Implement containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes Develop and maintain scripts for automation (Shell, Python, or Groovy) Support release management and deployment processes Maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles Strong proficiency in
Java programming
and JVM-based applications Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Expertise in containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes Strong experience with version control systems (Git) Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Knowledge of microservices architecture Experience with Spring Boot or other Java frameworks Certification in AWS/Azure/DevOps is a plus Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools
