Position Description Performs IT operations and maintenance activities
according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards. Supports customization
and facilitates IT operations and maintenance processes. Implements programs and procedures
for safeguarding data/information security and safety. Executes and/or organizes relevant testing. Designs and documents
existing and changed IT operational processes. Develops service levels
to fulfill business requirements. Performs 2nd-level user help desk activities , including individual coaching and trainings. Impacts

adopt existing concepts and methodologies
to create and open up new ways of approaching and fulfilling specific internal and external client requests or project requirements. Key Responsibilities

chartered professional qualification or equivalent
